68 Days Inside is about the birth of my daughter Amelia.
During the second lockdown I was admitted to hospital when I was only 24 weeks pregnant and told that I would have to stay in until her birth. I was isolated, separated from my 1-year-old and husband, scared and anxious for both our health.

So, I decided to document each day, keep a diary almost. Used to my computer and drawing tools I had to go back to basics as I had none of those things in hospital. I used post-it notes and biro pens to doodle one image for each day. Amelia was born 10 weeks early and was in the NICU for nearly 2 months. Each post-it represents a day, the highs, the lows, the story of those 68 days we spent in hospital.
