I worked on V Festival for three consecutive years, leading the design and execution of all Virgin-branded creative across the festival site. This included large-scale stage graphics, event environments, signage, staff clothing, programmes, lanyards and wayfinding, delivering a cohesive brand presence across a complex, multi-site live event.
Designing for a festival environment required careful consideration of scale, visibility, durability and audience experience, as well as close collaboration with production teams and external suppliers. Working to immovable deadlines and live-event constraints, I ensured creative concepts translated effectively from initial design through to on-site installation.
This project strengthened my expertise in designing for three-dimensional spaces and live environments, and in delivering high-impact creative at scale under pressure, where clarity, consistency and attention to detail are critical to success.
